Confusing Right?

Each person has their own theory on whats right or wrong in life. Apparently its confusing for some people; however that's the price we pay for living in a nation that welcomes democracy. LOL! Now in my opinion, nature also has a  lesson for us to learn ... For example, observe the way the leafs fall from the trees, its a graceful process orchestrated by GOD's wind ... The  wonderful thing about nature is that it doesn't involve any type of power struggle!

On the flip side, here's something that I find humorous ... We're part of a society that tends to shifts gears at a spur of the moment(hey, that's the title of this blog) or like a toddler having  a temper tantrum. Why? Perhaps, we need to render our whims to CHRIST and things will turn out alright. You see life really isn't Confusing ... Right? This is one of the millions of qualities that I truly love about the LORD ...

2 Timothy 2:7 ~ Think over what I say, for the Lord will give you understanding in everything.

When We LAUGHED!

When we LAUGH our predicaments suddenly don't seem that bad. It's as if the laughter we share brings about a BLISSFUL scent in our house ... Our minds are immediately disconnected from those painful thoughts and instead we feel the need to: sit in our kitchen, enjoy a warm cup of coffee, nibble on a sweet piece of carrot cake allow our hearts to reminisce on our very first kiss ... All this came about ... When We LAUGHED!

Before we leave, we'd like to remind all of you what the Bible also says ...

Proverbs 17:22 ~ A joyful heart is good medicine, but a crushed spirit dries up the bones.

Back in the Days

Back in the Days ... I constantly laughed, cried and patiently waited for my Mom and  Dad to stop debating about the past ... It was a simple time;  nonetheless a BLISSFUL one. On account of, my childhood was filled with an array of unexpected surprises that always caught my eye because it came from the HEART.

After school my little brother Tono(which means Tony in Spanish) and I ran home to a table full of cherry kool-aid, ham & cheese sandwiches and our favorite bowls overflowing with compels chicken noodle soup. It was Mmm, Mmm Good ...

Perhaps, for today's generation full of high tech stuff, they may see my childhood as not being all that much fun; but in my mind, heart and the tears I shed every time I think of them ... I lived in a home surrounded with a lot of LOVE and with this I say adieu; because those were the Good old Days for me ...
